This uptown rental is located behind an owner-occupied main house (private entrance & no shared walls). Recently renovated and fully furnished with all utilities included + washer/dryer & 55” TV with streaming device (Hulu, HBO Max, Prime... & Peacock). There is a full kitchen with quartz countertops, a gas stove, custom cabinetry and brand new appliances. Kitchen and bath essentials are provided (dishes, pots & pans, utensils, linens, hair dryer, ironing board, etc.). Also equipped with smoke & carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. There are multiple motion sensor Ring cameras on the property. Rental is situated on a quiet block in a safe, friendly neighborhood - steps from popular Oak street restaurants, yoga studios, bars, bakery & coffee houses. The streetcar and bus lines are only 4 blocks from home. Street parking is available (no parking permit required). Beautiful Audubon park and universities are 1.1 miles away. There are numerous groceries, pharmacies and hospitals/clinics within a 3 mile radius.
