Beautiful furnished three bedroom historic home close to Tulane and Loyola

Looking for a beautiful historic house to call your home for a few months? This is it. We are leaving the country for four months and would like to rent our home to a single person, couple or family. It is perfect if you are a professor or graduate... student at Tulane or Loyola, since we are only ten minutes driving to the campus or 30 minutes walking.

Just off oak tree lined Carollton Avenue is your home away from home. Set on a quiet street, you can sit on the large porch and enjoy the picturesque neighborhood around you. Two blocks from the street car line, five blocks from vibrant Oak Street, and close to Tulane and Loyola University, you have easy access to the city's highlights and some of the best resturants and music venues.

Our home has three spacious ensuite bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and overlooks the porch and garden. It has a newly renovated bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed with its own bathroom with bath/shower, and the third bedroom is actually two rooms with double beds in the newly renovated attic with bathroom and shower.

The kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals served at the large table in the dining room or outside on the porch. The living room has a comfy sofa where you can watch a new TV on fast speed internet.
