I was a renter for many years, and now that my husband and I own a home, we have tried to put together a well-equipped, clean, safe, and competitively priced rental property we would be proud to let our family... or friends rent and live in. The result is a comfortably and stylishly furnished 2-bedroom / 1 bath apartment on the first floor of our home. You will have your own private entrance to the apartment with free, safe, and well-lighted parking right by and in sight of your front door. All appliances are included (washer / dryer, full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven / stove) The rental price also includes all your utilities (electric / water / sewer/ gas/yard service) and city amenities (trash pickup and recycling) saving you the hassle of running around starting service and paying deposits and paying multiple monthly bills. (New Orleans utility providers have not yet completely discovered the internet!)

The apartment is located in a friendly Uptown / Carrollton residential neighborhood that is lined with beautiful old oak trees, very walkable and bikeable. The location provides easy access to the Uptown university campuses as well as the Ochsner Medical Corridor and the Canal Street / Tulane Ave Medical Corridor and local courthouses. When you finally get a chance to relax, it is a quick two block stroll to the 24 hour a day Carrollton / St. Charles streetcar or to the Orleans and Jefferson Parish RTA lines, making for a quick, fun, and inexpensive ride with no parking headaches,
